my stay at ramada was a pleasant surprise during the christmas party. the warm water adjustment in the shower was a real treat, and the bed offered incredible comfort. i felt really cared for by the staff, who were eager to meet our needs.

Checking in was awkward as we had to stand in a cubby area to communicate through a window. The room I reserved wasn't available, and I ended up in one that had cleaning issues, including soiled linen on one of the beds. Despite getting another room that was clean, there were ongoing renovations, and it lacked a phone, making it inconvenient. Breakfast service was poor. they ran out of coffee, juice, and needed items early. The overall cleanliness of the common areas left much to be desired, with cobwebs and dirt visible.

Check-in was weird, having to talk through a window in a cubby area. They didn't have the room I booked, forcing me to switch, and the initial room was not clean and looked partially renovated. Finding room numbers was a hassle, marked only on paper in windows. Ongoing renovations created a bit of disruption, and breakfast ran out quickly with no replenishment.
