Checking in was awkward as we had to stand in a cubby area to communicate through a window. The room I reserved wasn't available, and I ended up in one that had cleaning issues, including soiled linen on one of the beds. Breakfast service was poor. They ran out of coffee, juice, and needed items early. The overall cleanliness of the common areas left much to be desired, with cobwebs and dirt visible.
